The delivery time varies depending on your location within the country and the product you've ordered. You can see the estimated delivery time at the checkout before completing your purchase.
  • Shipping Cost: We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. The shipping cost depends on the weight and size of your order and is clearly displayed at the checkout before you finalize your order.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can monitor your delivery and know when it's expected to arrive.

Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you need to return a product, please follow these simple steps to make it a smooth process:

  • Return Period: You have the right to return an item within 30 days of the date you received it, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
  • Return Instructions: To return a product, please contact our customer service at info@urbangrowers.se. We will gladly assist you with the return process and provide a return shipping label if needed. Please note that a return fee of 65 kr will apply.
  • Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
